Monitoring Job Queues in Your Community

The Queues node within your community is used to monitor jobs that have been submitted to the queue for processing.

Expand the Queues node within your community and select one of the following job queue types:

  • Document Creation
  • FTR
  • Mail
  • Print
  • Publisher
  • Snapshot Capture
  • Rendition
  • Storage
  • Work
  • Sync - available only, if ProjectWise Connector installed
  • Interoperability

For each job queue type, use the buttons across the top of the content pane to display any combination of the following jobs:

  • ready jobs
  • processing jobs
  • error jobs
  • completed jobs
  • planned jobs

Double-click any job in the list to see its status (for example, details about why a job may have failed).

By right-clicking a job you can:

  • move a job up or down in the queue order
  • resubmit a job (for example, if a job has failed, and you have fixed the problem that caused it to fail)
  • cancel a job in progress
  • delete a job from the queue
  • view job properties/status (same as double-clicking a job)
